Our salt gathering can be likened to organic farming where no artificial chemicals or fertilizers are used and our harvesting operations follow the natural seasonal cycles of the salt lake.

Certification by a nationally recognised body is the only way of ensuring you are purchasing and using true organic products; ones that contain no synthetic chemicals or GMO’s.

We are certified by the NASAA Certified Organic (NCO). This Australian Organic Registration recognises both the unique benefits of Western Salt and the farming techniques we use.

The NASAA Certified Organic have approved our salt as a Registered Product compliant for organic processing. Our salt can be added to an organic product or organic process without impacting on the integrity or certification of the end product.
