We acknowledge that Lake Deborah is a unique natural wonder and is at the centre of our environmental consideration. Our farming techniques have been developed so as to have the least impact on the environment when collecting the salt crop produced by Mother Nature.

- ISO 9001:2008 - an internationally recognized quality management system,
- HACCP - a risk assessment based approach to food safety and quality,
- Biological Farmers of Australia Ltd - as a Registered Product for allowed input,
- Kosher - in accordance with kosher laws set forth in the bible clarified by Rabbinic literature,
- Halal - in accordance with the Islamic Halal guidelines certified by the Western Australian Halal Authority.
