WA Salt Supply has three centres of operation:

1. Fremantle:
Salt from the two lakes is delivered to the Fremantle site where it is processed and packaged for delivery. The company administration is also located at the Fremantle site, Lot 102-103 Cockburn Road North Coogee, Western Australia, 6163.

2. Koolyanobbing:
This site produces most of the salt sold by the company. The salt is washed on site and transported by rail to Fremantle where it is processed futher, packaged, and distributed.
